Pumpkin patch!

We had a good time at the pumpkin patch today with Kimberly, Mark and Anna Kathryn. We postponed our trip yesterday because it poured all morning and it really was not very fall-like weather at ALL. Today was much better, cloudy, breezy and chilly!

Maggie loved the baby pumpkins!

The pumpkin patch that we visited had tons and tons of small-ish pumpkins, a hay bale maze for the kids and a hay ride to a petting barn (no pigs this year--haha).

Maggie enjoyed seeing the animals but she did NOT want to feed them. I got the privilege of doing that. Sheep and goat slobber, yum! I am willing to do some things to make my daughter happy. They also had cows (mama and baby), bunnies, miniature horses and chickens. After seeing the chickens up close, I must say, "EW." I would not want a chicken coming after me. They are scary.

This is Maggie's tractor driving farmer face.
I guess she had a rough harvest this year.

Sometimes, they're like sisters.
Actually, a lot of the time, they're like sisters.
They're definitely friends.

I so hope Kimberly updates her blog tonight
because she got some hilarious pictures.

Mommy and daughter
(I would say baby, but Maggie insists
that she is no longer a baby).

The fam...
small but just right!

Maggie and AK are so cute together! They remind me of Kylie and her friend Lottie...
We pumpkin patched it today too! I agree with the cooler weather, it just seems right for picking pumpkins.
